About NexusAudit
NexusAudit is a free tool for online sellers who want a first look at where their sales may have crossed a state's economic nexus threshold. You provide a sales CSV with a state column and a revenue column, and the analyzer compares each state's totals with the thresholds built into the tool.
How it works
- CSV parsing and the comparison run in your browser on your own device.
- Each state is flagged as clear, approaching or triggered based on its threshold.
- The results are a starting point to take to a qualified tax professional.
What it is not
NexusAudit is independent and is not affiliated with any state or government tax agency. Thresholds change and can have exceptions, so verify them with the state before acting. Nothing here is legal or tax advice.
